    I have never rented a car before, but Costco Travel x this Enterprise Rent-A-Car location made it very easy. At Enterprise, Serei took us through all of the steps, answered any questions we had about the car functionality, and was patient when I didn't have a complete insurance card with me. We were so pleased with the experience, we rented another for the upcoming weekend from them! One star off for the interior of the car being covered in what appeared to be black dog hair.
