- NKN KDec 4, 20255.0I want to thank Ibrahim and Sisi ( sorry if i misspelled your names) for a great service they provided for me, i rent a car for one day with a flat rate and unlimited mileage, due the bad weather i was late to bring the car back ( i did go to the app and extended my rental, representative confirmed it, give me a new price with extra hours and told me he will notify the facility) i came 20 minutes after business hours finding those guys closing the location i asked for help and they stayed later for me, during checking out i realized my price went up 3 times more, Ibrahim was taking care about this situation and solved it! I’m traveling a lot and know how rental businesses are scamming customers, im not sure if i use this location again because of this situation, but im 100% sure because of some great workers like Ibrahim and Sisi customers are still can be covered! This 5 star review is going directly to the honest workers
