    They were super helpful with a flat tire. Checked it for foreign objects (there were none) then checked for a leakage (which there wasn’t) and pumped it up. ALL FOR FREE! Who does that these days? Thanks and support local business.

    April 2025 My mom needed a wheel alignment, so she went to this location near her house and purchased a 3-year plan. (Now she regrets not getting the lifetime one) Even though my mom doesn’t speak English very well, Manager Jon kindly and patiently explained everything to her, and she was very satisfied with the service. September 2025 I live in Schaumburg, and I had bought a lifetime alignment plan at Schaumburg location. After the first visit, they told me I could come back every six months. But when I returned after 6 months, they refused to do the alignment, saying there were some issues that needed to be fixed first and they asked $1,200 for repairs before they could do it. I was so upset, but holding a bit of hope, I called the Wheeling location and brought my car there. Unlike the other place, they didn’t make any excuses. They just did the alignment right away. I was so thankful and decided that from now on, even if it’s a bit farther, I’ll keep coming here. November 2025 During my mom’s maintenance check, the mechanic said it would be good to get an alignment, so I went back to this location. Manager Jon was as friendly as always. It was cold outside, but warm inside with a hot cup of coffee waiting for me. I relaxed while I waited. After it was done, I asked Jon whether I should come back again after six months like the Schaumburg location requires. He told me I could come anytime if I felt something was off with the car. I then mentioned that the Schaumburg shop said they can’t do a wheel alignment before six months, and Jon seemed unsure why they would say that. This place is one my family truly trusts. I can’t speak for all the other services, but wheel alignments, they are absolutely the best.

    Very pleased with Jon Chechelinisky very knowledgeable friendly and honest I went to see if my car needed wheel alignment. They chacked and told me the car did not need alignment. Did not charge me anything. Wonderful experience - would highly recommend
