  Awesome new car wash that seems to be doing it right! The wash itself was thorough and left the car genuinely clean, which has been hard to find near Wheaton. The free vacuums and a free mat washer (carpet mats and WeatherTech) are clutch with all of the salt in winter. JR at the cashier window was friendly, took the time to explain the program, made my daughter’s day with free bubbles, and yet somehow kept the small line moving quickly. Although it was a busy day, one of the owners also swung by while I was vacuuming to introduce himself and thank us for stopping by, that’s someone who really cares about the customer experience. Overall, I highly recommend. Exactly what you want in a neighborhood car wash- fast, friendly, thorough, and affordable.

  Tommy's is our carwash now and we are lucky it's so close to us! The staff is amazing--the vacuums are never jammed up, the mat washers are great for all of your needs, removed salt and dirt beautifully!

  Top notch service from the moment you drive up! Richard was great upon arrival and quickly informed me of all wash options (I went with “The Works” which includes a 30 day free trial of unlimited washes!). The best part of the experience was the free mat wash which I’ve never seen at any other car wash I’ve been. Will be back!

  This is one amazing car wash! They have strong and free vacuums, an air compressor to get in all of the small cracks and crevices, along with a Mat cleaner, and I can not forget to mention the amazing, kind, and attentive staff that really sets this car wash above the competitors. I highly recommend Tommy’s express car wash in Wheaton!

  Got my truck washed here today, and after leaving I noticed a piece of trim near the wheel well broken and hanging by a single screw. My truck is brand new (one month old) and driven daily, so I would have absolutely noticed this if it were already damaged. I called the store and spoke with JR, who was extremely rude and dismissive. He immediately blamed the dealership and told me to contact insurance. He initially said it would take 24–48 hours to review the wash footage, then called me back just two minutes later claiming it was the dealership’s fault. When I asked to see the footage, I was told I’d need to file an insurance claim to view it. The lack of professionalism and unwillingness to help was very disappointing.
