  I was in on December 20th for an appointment at 11:30am. I made the appointment 5 days prior and the day before I confirmed I was the only appointment that day. I had noted over the phone I was coming in for a flat tire and I had purchased a warranty on my tire through Just Tires. Additionally, I noted I needed an alignment and a new TPMS sensor. When I came in, the associate said that all my appointment notated was "tires" and they did not have a replacement tire on hand - which they should have since I called ahead for this reason. I waited for an hour for them to go pick up a tire and then waited another 2 hours for the tire to be changed and the alignment to be done because the alignment tech was on lunch. Instead of completing my alignment in a timely manner, they pulled my car out of the bay and up to the door and proceeded to pull another truck in for service. When I mentioned my alignment again, the associate said I would have to wait until the truck they just pulled in was finished. When I checked out I asked if they bothered to rotate my tires or fill them with air but they did not. I then drove over to Belle Tire in Bloomingdale that same day and had them rotate the tires since the new tire was placed on the front of my car and without asking Belle Tire also filled my tires with air. I purchased my tires originally at Belle Tire and will continue going to them for all my future needs. Unfortunately, I bought the 3 year alignment package and the tire replacement coverage at Just Tires so for the time being I will be forced to continue doing business with them as it relates to these. This is terrible and disappointing service.

  I was visiting my mom, on the way there my tire pressure gauge came on. My vehicle didnt say what tire was low. My mom said the staff there could tell me if I had any issues. A very nice man named Stan filled all my tires and gave me the pressure amts. If it wasn't for him I may of had a rough ride home. Thank you for your help.

  From my initial call, LaRon was friendly and very helpful. On the day of my appointment, he was very informative and personable. The whole team did a great job. I was concerned about alignment, so they showed me on the computer the reading, the mechanic was kind. LaRon even made sure to tell me about the rebate. I would definitely recommend.
