    Lisa at the autozone in Wheaton is the best. My girlfriend’s battery was bad and Lisa changed it very quickly and was super friendly and helpful. Probably the best autozone experience I’ve ever had.

    Came in the other day because I had issue with a car part. My side mirror popped off and I accidentally ordered the wrong one. I am not a car person at all so i had no idea where to start, but I was hoping to get some assistance from someone who KNOWS some car things at this AutoZone. Anyway, went up to the cashier one morning who immediately gave me a dirty look. Like i offended him for just walking into the store. I said I had a question, explained my situation, and showed him the picture I had and asked if he was able to help and look at it. Guy said “no” rudely. Okay…my bad? I understand if they’re not trained or specialized to look at the actual car, but bro just flat out said “no we don’t do that.” Wow such amazing customer service that was. I said sorry. Then asked if he had the part. He gave attitude, said no, and didn’t even bother looking anything up on the computer. I also tried to return the wrong mirror that I had bought. I ordered it and had it shipped from the AutoZone from Streamwood, but I have called that location and they said it could be returned at any AutoZone location. Well guess that man only knows one word because he said No. Didn’t even check anything on the computer or ask anyone, just condescendingly said we can’t return it because they don’t have the receipt on this locations computer (i literally had the receipt in my hand but ok). Well guess what I went to another AutoZone in Lisle and I successfully returned it with no issues! so I guess he flat out lied to me. Very welcoming and great (not) experience at this store.

    Needed a new battery and one place quoted me at over $350 with labor. I knew what I was worth so I came over to this Autozone and let me tell you Michael did a great job not only getting me all set up with the right battery but also installing it for me, explaining everything. He clearly knows cars super well and he’s super efficient and polite. Highly recommend!
