  The Enterprise car rental process was completely seamless. I arrived at 8 o’clock for a reservation early, which was booked for nine, but since I was the only one there, the woman at the counter was able to process and get me in my car within five minutes. I also had a very nice rental car which was upgraded. The process of returning the car on the weekend was also seamless. There’s no doubt that Enterprise hires the nicest and competent staff that is delightful to customers.

  Outstanding experience. Sara, the manager and Aaron, a retail management assistant, could not have been more helpful. Mike checked in from time to time, to see if everything was going well. I would never rent a car from anyone else.

  I guess it's my fault. I had a death in the family, needed a vehicle to return home. The person I called and reserved the vehicle with was amazing. However when I got to the rental location, the salesperson doubled the cost of my rental. I didn't have my reading glasses and couldn't see the print on the tablet I sign. My fault 😔 Thanks for taking advantage of me in a difficult time.

  Going the extra mile when they are buried and busy. Still got a client going with no notice and phones ringing off the hook. We are B2B so it's important that it works for our clients and for them to save the day on no notice means the world to me. Will be sending people outside of work to this location as well. Thank you Enterprise!

  Avoid this location at all costs. This is a shady operation staffed by rude, distrustful individuals. I accidentally left my iPad in a returned vehicle, and instead of it being placed in a secure lost and found, it was stolen by one of the employees. When I called to follow up, I spoke with the manager, Eric. His attitude was dismissive and completely unprofessional. He told me flat-out that they had "more important things to prioritize" than helping me find my stolen property. If you value your belongings and expect even a baseline level of customer service, do not rent from Enterprise in Downers Grove. They have lost my business forever.
