- GSGregory SmithJan 26, 20261.0Being in the car business myself, I don't usually give bad reviews but Enterprise has been ghosting me in regards to what I consider a fair request which is crediting me back one day of rental of $30.00 out of 5 days they charged me with. I had tolls that I didn't have my I Pass in my car that I have no problem paying as well as the ridiculous $25.00 penalty for not paying the tolls. In the beginning I spoke with Sierra who is not at this location any more. Then, I spoke to manager Sarah who said she would be looking into my request. She has not got back to me. I've called twice. I also spoke to assistant manager Ian who promised to call his regional manager on Saturday 1-24-26 and he assured me that he'd call me back to keep me in the loop. I even had Gerber of Downers Grove email Enterprise about my request and no calls back from Gerber or Enterprise. I'm fed up. I want to take care of my bill but they are not responding. Since State Farm Insurance did not pay these 5 days, which was unfair as well, Enterprise basically said "Hey buddy, you are on your own". Normally, my experience in the past has been fine with Enterprise in all my past rentals with them . . . but this experience has definitely left a sour taste. Very unprofessional. My next steps will be to go to the BBB and report Enterprise Rentals and State Farm Insurance!! Chris Smith
