  I wish every company had the level of customer service as Belle Tire. I have been to a few locations and the entire store is pristine. The staff is understanding and supportive.. a few months ago I got tires on my car and the program allows for free tire rotation etc... but in the meantime I ran over a nail and my tire was completely flat... was able to get some air in the tire and drive it straight to Belle. They didn't have my tire in stock, so they had it specially delivered that day so I can have it replaced. Since my tire was under warranty, the whole ordeal cost less than $100. They have comfortable chairs, coffee, vending machines, clean bathroom, tv's with the remote.. 5 stars for sure.

  I went to this store today and I had a great experience. I dealt with a manager named Big John and he was so friendly and funny. His personality made me going in for a tire price want to come back! But you know what.... I will. It's not everyday a young man like that takes the time to really explain and take time talking to me even though I was there price shopping and now I know they can do almost everything. Keep people like this! The world needs kind people like him. New customer for the rest of my life!!!!

  Unprofessional, rushing to get the job done instead of doing it right. It cost me more money fixing their mistakes rather then going to a professional tire shop. If you want kids fresh out of high school mishandling your vehicle by all means but I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

  I had a very disappointing experience with Belle Tire. They advertise that they will “beat anyone’s price,” but in reality, that didn’t happen in a fair or honest way. When I brought in a quote from another shop, instead of actually beating the price, they tried to match it by offering a “free alignment.” I agreed and went ahead with replacing all four tires. However, when it came time to do the alignment, they suddenly told me that my control arm was bad and that they couldn’t proceed unless I replaced it—for an additional $1,400. That immediately raised a red flag. I decided to get a second opinion from another shop I trust, and they completed the alignment without any issues. They also confirmed that the control arm was perfectly fine. This experience felt very misleading and dishonest. What seemed like a good deal turned into an attempt to upsell unnecessary repairs. I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to any additional work here.

  Got 4 new tires for my truck, best price and in stock. Great service, saw a bent rim and moved it to the back tire till I can replace it. They have an amazing waiting area too with USB ports to charge your devices, clean washrooms, TV, snacks. Great service and prices. Highly recommend!
