What I thought would be a quick fix turned into a much more detailed issue. The employees at jiffy lube went above and beyond to ensure I was able to drive back to the city safely. They stayed open 3 hours late and drove 45 minutes away to get a part necessary to complete my repair. They truly went above and beyond for me and demonstrated there are great people in this world. Would recommend to anyone, thank you

When I left I got not even a mile up the road and the car was making a loud noise and was not working fast forward an accident occurred because of this and Come to find out jiffy lube had us leave with no oil in our car which as you can imagine ruined the car. NOT only did they write the miles wrong on the invoice they claim this was not there fault with lots of proof from multiple resources. After 2 months they still say it’s not their fault … I don’t know what’s a bigger joke this company or the fact that they can even deny that this is there fault after the multiple phone calls and witnesses. Never and I mean NEVER come to this place unless you want to buy a whole new car. Terrible terrible company I cannot even explain how angry I am. Jiffy lube is a joke especially the one on Main Street west Dundee. And management your even worse.
