    I had a very frustrating experience at this Jiffy Lube location. I came in with a simple request: perform a basic drain-and-refill oil service because I planned to send a sample out for oil analysis. This is a straightforward service that any quick-lube shop should be able to handle. Instead, I was told they couldn’t do it due to insurance and liability reasons. No clear technical explanation was provided — just a refusal to perform the service. For a shop that markets convenience and flexibility, this was disappointing. Customers sometimes have specific maintenance needs, especially those tracking engine health or performing preventative maintenance, and the lack of willingness to work with a reasonable request shows poor customer service and limited understanding of customer needs. I left without having any work performed and will be taking my business elsewhere. If you need anything outside of their preset service menu, be aware they may not be willing to accommodate even a simple request.

    The first time ever... needed both headlights changed, which was fine. The tech was not able to get some type of cup off with my oil filter, which had seized, however could not get the cup off without breaking the filter. Initially he said they would replace this cup for no charge. Then indicated they did not have this cup in and could change the filter but I would need to come back to get the cup which would cost $70 - as they were out of these cups. So we changed the oil and left the old filter rather than break the cup. Now... the coupon, usually I bring a digital coupon... he would not accept digital for $30... but would give me a $15 dollar coupon ... I explained I had a $16 coupon on the table at home - he finally relinquished and gave me $16 since he could not change the filter for me. $152 for 2 headlights and half an oil change.
