I came in with a brand new plastic splash guard that I needed installed under my car. As I was walking up to the building, Rich, the manager, greeted me at the entrance with a smile and asked how he could help. I explained the situation, and without hesitation, he asked for my keys and drove my car right into the shop. I waited in their very clean and comfortable lobby, and within just five minutes, Rich came back and said, “Here you go, you’re all set!” I was honestly blown away. He didn’t ask for any payment and helped purely out of kindness, which is incredibly rare these days. The customer service from Rich and his team was outstanding. Their professionalism, genuine care, and willingness to go above and beyond really stood out. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube to anyone in the area. If you're near Neltnor and North Avenue in West Chicago, this is the place to go. Thank you again, Rich!
