Purchased a scanner, and in 2 minutes outside found out that it was well worn, dirty, like few years in service. Came back, they replaced it. But when I decided to return it, because it's not reading the specific information on my car, for what I've actually bought it, they said that this is my SECOND return. Huh ? Second ? You mean selling old and dirty device to me it's ok, and 2 minutes outside the store made me a person who RETURNED it ? Even if I told to check my car for any similar devices, and even when this device were recomended by sales person, I never said what exactly device model I want, their associate pointed to this device, so I'm not the person who put that old garbage in a box and brought it to the store. With all that, my actually first return happened to be my second return ? And their fraud it's just a mistake ? Anyways, after all they refunded me. So, I leave the message here, it's kinda disappointing, but I'll leave a 5 star because the staff was actually nice and the problem was solved. Please, check what you buy here. And store associates, check what people are returning to you and what are you selling to your customers. I think I'll still buy here, nice people overall.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
