  This Enterprise car rental place at 2801 Washington street. The customer service agent name Corey has the worst attitude in the entire Chicago area. She has no morals, respect dignity nothing good regarding Customer Service related to her job, she is very rude and disrespectful. She has anchor management issues, she made a comment make up your mind if you’re gonna rent a car if not, I’m closing in one minute. We visit this location because I rented a car through the Costco app for a cheaper rate by the time we got there she said we don’t have anything available or either. The cars are not rentable. She also stated Costco does not know what’s in her system so when you get there if you book reservations through Costco, be ready cause you may not get a car at all at that location when we did get a car it was completely empty. It was dirty was not clean and because of the timing, you either take what she had right in there or you get nothing. I tried to complain with the district manager, never received a call back so that doesn’t help either and that’s probably the reason why she remains at that location with that horrible attitude. I suggest you avoid this location altogether if you don’t wanna get in a confrontation with Cory again you need to be desperate if you rent a car from this location. I also contact the enterprise to speak to the owner and I never received a call back. I was visiting Chicago for my grandson‘s graduation from Boot Camp Navy Boot Camp and this place left a bad image to me regarding enterprise in Waukegan Chicago. I would rather walk first then to ever rent a car from Cory at this location and the only reason I gave 1 star is so I can submit my review. Take the humiliation and embarrassment from me, stay as far away from this location as possible it’s not worth it because she doesn’t care who’s in the room , she speaks to you in a disrespectful manner in front of everybody who ever is in there will get humiliated she doesn’t care. She is just EVIL.

  The problem I have with “businesses” these days is that nobody wants to do their job. I wasn’t told about the $25 fee for processing an .86 cent toll. I also wasn’t offered a toll transponder. My fault for not being informed because I assumed that since I have a toll account, they would go by that. YOUR FAULT for not telling me about the ridiculous processing fee! Been renting from Enterprise since I was old enough to start renting. This relationship has officially ended.

  Enterprise is wonderful to its customers! Their vehicles always perform well. I recently took a trip to the south east, had to travel through the CBBT it was amazing. I am a number fan! Try them, you’ll love them. To be certain reserve your vehicle!

  Renting a car from enterprise has always been easy and convenient. In state or out of state. The points system is another benefit that is unmatched by their competitors. Even though I’ve had some minor issues with some of their cars sometimes, it never fails me ( they listen and address the issue). I’ll always rent from Enterprise and you should too.

  Worst location ever Manager super annoyed to help take any questions or the main inconvenience of paying to hold a car and if not be held for you. The manager chubby guy with the brown hair needs to take it down 1000 notches when speaking to customers especially when I don’t work for enterprise and I didn’t mess up. But heres enterprises new slogan “Customer is always wrong” worst experience ever I really don’t think that guy should be working with people they should have him in the back where no one can see him so he doesn’t have a melt down. Pathetic location. Never renting enterprise anywhere again thanks to him
