- DDDrtynp1 day ago1.0I got my oil change here in the summer and took it to Take 5 in the fall, Take 5 told me they forgot the drain pan bolt gasket and was just collecting moisture, and they over tightened the oil filter too as I felt them moving the car trying to take it off. On top of that they ruined the bottom plastic skid plate.

I live across town but I’m willing to make the drive to this location where I can rest assured I’m in good hands! Jiffy Lube butchered my oil change and Grease monkey ordered the parts, showed me and explained in detail what happened and most importantly addressed the issue
