I made a reservation today and confirmed by calling again to ensure I'd be picked up since I was renting due to my car being at the shop. They guaranteed they'd pick me up at 1, but left me hanging. Nobody showed up, and after calling the reservation line three times, I found out I'm stuck at home and can't go anywhere because this location is closed. I will definitely call the manager on Monday to make a proper complaint. I've been renting from Enterprise and have recommended them, but the people who work at this location are absolutely no good and unreliable.
