  I’ve been bringing my car here for a while, and I really appreciate how kind, patient, and professional Hector and his team always are. They took great care of my car during a very frustrating period when it kept having issues, and they stuck with it until everything was handled the right way. I truly trust their work and highly recommend them.

  I brought my car in for a noise that appeared above 60 mph. The mechanic diagnosed it as a wheel bearing issue and quoted a steep price, but I agreed because I was assured it would fix the problem. Unfortunately, when I drove the car on the highway a few days later, the noise was still there. I returned to the shop and had to push back a bit, but Hector, the shop manager, ultimately offered to fix the issue at no additional cost. While I was disappointed that the initial repair didn’t solve the problem, I do appreciate that Hector stood behind the work and made it right. Customer service matters, and that effort counts. While they could have been more thorough with upfront diagnosing, and quality checks, I would give them 5 stars for customer service. I’ll drive around to see if the issue is fixed and will likely visit the shop again for my auto needs.

  This place is a scam. I took my car to get it checked out, I told them it was the alternator, the supposedly mechanic came out and checked it out and said it was something with the engine and he'd have to run test and such then I said no because I knew it wasn't that and then they talked and said the car already served it's purpose and it was best to junk it . Took it to a friend he changed the alternator and the car has been running fine. This place is a SCAM watch out i almost junked it following their stupid advice

  They were amazing they replaced the oil, did break repair and even found out the dealership used the wrong break fluid which is why pur auto break stopped working so they fixed that too!) they even offered a free ride home for my husband and I and had the car ready the same day. We are going back for a windshield repair with some maintaince repairs also ( which they should photos for the dmage provided the reasoning and circling the exact problem so someone like me clueless on cars cam understand and not feel taken advantage of but instead feel very protected by) and we are excited to have the car in tip top shape after we return eek!

Knowing that the parts used are new or in excellent condition gives me a strong sense of safety and trust. That trust deepened over the past five months, since my car was repaired in late August, when Leo became my main technician. He keeps me fully informed about my car and the payment process, and he does so with patience, clarity, and consistency. Leo takes the time to explain things in a way that’s easy to understand, and he never makes me feel rushed or uncomfortable. He also has a way of indulging conversation while the work is being done, which makes the entire experience feel far more human and less transactional. I’ve always felt anxious in public spaces, especially when it comes to car maintenance, but Leo genuinely made me feel that I could trust both him and the shop. His communication is steady and reassuring, and that makes a significant difference for me. I truly appreciate how attentive he remains even when things are busy.
