Neither shop diagnosed a tension issue that caused a continual blown fuse. Searching for a new shop, I'd received a coupon from CarFix and decided to give them a try. Everyone I interacted with was professional, competent and friendly. The blower issue was repaired, and during the inspection process, discovered I needed a belt change and a few other repairs. This did not surprise me, as I had not had any maintenance done for several years other than oil changes. No other shop mentioned these maintenance recommendations. Hector and Ivan followed through with updates via text and calls to ensure that I was happy with their service. The pricing was very fair and I've had no issues with the work. I feel safer in the car than I have in years. I highly recommend CarFix Waukegan - I'd driven by there many times, not realizing what a gem of a car repair service I had right around the corner. A+++++

Though not able to help with my heat, due to a likely wiring issue and having to go back to the source, I shared with him issues of my other vehicle I have encountered and he offered me to bring it in to figure out the issue for me. He was very helpful and respectful. I will be bringing my vehicle back today to have some idea of what’s wrong with it. I highly recommend this place as they clearly care about their customer service, satisfaction and have dedication.
