  I am so truly grateful, appreciative and blessed that I received a flyer in the mail that not only offered a discount on services of my brakes, but offered ride to and from my home, work while my car is being serviced. Now let’s talk about the customer service “ oh it’s on! The first call ! you know that this a genuine caring, efficient every attention to detail to you and your vehicle, and most of all the Integrity of the business is so fresh and inviting!! Yes I highly recommend this is the SPOT 😊

  My husband broke down while traveling on 294, thankfully he was able to exit ramp towards Libertyville, ill. We googled repair shops, Car Fix Libertyville popped up, what a blessing! I called the phone number and spoke to Ron, he was so helpful, and reassured me that he and his mechanics were capable of assessing the situation and repairing, he was correct! Both our heater hoses blew out. The shop was clean and comfortable, service was 10 notch, timing was great, friendly and professional staff!! AND they offer veterans discount, Thank you Car Fix

  Everyone was super nice and helpful!! They got us in and out in 2 hours. We needed a heck of a lot too. Price was more than reasonable with how much they did. I will definitely be going back when I need car repairs.

  I don't normally do reviews, but I'm just a girl - looking out for other girls. My elderly father went a year or two without keeping up with the maintenance on his Dodge Grand Caravan. Naturally, I was now responsible for helping him. I was nervous about how much work had been put off and honestly.... how much it might cost. Hector was the first person I spoke with about my father’s situation, and he met my father's concerns with patience and understanding (my father isn't the easiest to talk to). I especially appreciated how transparent Hector was about pricing. Many places in the area were quoting me an arm and a leg, but at Car Fix, the pricing felt fair and reasonable for the issues we brought in. Alberto, our mechanic, returned the car to us in pristine condition in a fair amount of time. We’ve had the car back for some time now, and no new “sudden” issues have come up. If your looking for honest work and fair pricing, look no further.
