  I recently visited this AutoZone to buy some license plate screws, and right outside the store, I actually got locked out of my car. I was pretty determined not to call a locksmith, so I was lucky I was outside of an AutoZone. I tried to buy some things to get into my car, but nothing worked. One of your employees, Kwaku, is genuinely one of the kindest human beings I have ever met. He saw me struggling in the parking lot, and right after he dropped off a package, he went back and grabbed an air wedge and spent at least a good 20-30 minutes trying to help me get into my car. He was resourceful, asking the next door auto shop for things like a wire hanger, and even asked from help from a tow truck that coincidentally parked by. All of those things combined, helped me get into my car, and saved me lots of money. Kwaku is an employee to be treasured, and I hope you know it was one of the best choices to hire him. Much love to you guys. (On a side note, I didn't catch the other employees name, but someone in an orange hoodie on 1/15/26 around 6 PM, also tried very much to help me get into my car. While he was unable to, it was very kind of him to help try and use the tool I bought and try to figure it out. Thank you as well.)

  Really appreciate the store manager Justin for helping me out with a loose headlight connection. Going out of his way to help me and helping me save money by being truthful in letting me know the connection was the issue.

  My change oil light was blinking as I was driving and I started to smell something burning. I immediately went to auto zone to get some oil. I checked out with Cortez and went to put the oil in, and my car wouldn’t start after that. I went back inside and told him what happened and he came out to check. Cortez discovered the reasoning was because I had no coolant. I purchased it and he said the car had to cool down. He was overly confident it would start it and it did. It was snowing and he went above and beyond my expectations. His upbeat attitude an exceptional customer service was greatly appreciated. I couldn’t have done this at all on my own. Thanks Cortez
