My dude, J, at the reg was trying to give great service, jumping on the phone for, assistance, not just feeding us excuses. The cashier, J, told the customer in front of me and the helper in the phone, we didn't have singles to give change. Too many retail places, are quickening the closing process by dropping change & bills early. I deserve the same customer service any time during hours. 2nd thing, cashier started network problems delayed transaction with loyalty program. Again, I'd still give you my loyal business, cuz I appreciate your wisdom & prices. Sidenote: Google Maps suggested I go to O'Reilly's down the road, because their string online presence showed their hours... Idk. I came to my new, local AutoZone.
