- RWRandy wetzlerMar 9, 20263.0"Caution: Misleading 'Special' & Tricky Cancellation" Be very careful with their promotions. I was sold a "3-month special" for $20, which the salesman led me to believe was a one-time flat fee for the period. I naively thought that once the three months were over, that would be it. Unfortunately, he purposely forgot to mention that it was actually $20 per month and that I would then be billed at the normal rate ($23 Basic Rate) automatically once the promo ended. It seems the goal is to trap you in a subscription you didn't realize you were joining. To make matters worse, it is really tricky to end the billing since there is no email communication or easy type web communication. Your billing cycle is triggered through your license plate no. I ended up just driving there and talking to the manger to make sure it was cancelled. The car wash does do and excellent job at cleaning.
