  Got an oil change, tire pressure sensor replaced and an alignment done. Was done the same day with no appointment. Love this place.

  Great experience! I was in an unexpected situation and called Dobbs Waterloo. By the time I arrived Paul had the best tire picks ready to go, while Dale gave a superior inspection of my vehicle and diagnostics, to deliver a detail of all systems for upkeep that my vehicle required. Very happy with the service and will continue services with them in the future.

  I had your team replace my drive axles. After I drove it, I noticed a leak and it appeared to be coming from the axle near the gear box. I brought it in to have it check. Your team told me it was not at the axle but in my steering. I did not proceed with the work. I paid them for checking their work and picked the car up after hours. While driving home my transmission light came on and I am now having trouble with my transmission. Your technicians lied to me. You all should be ashamed.
