The primary issue is with instructions given to me by the team member at rental - to "simply add the license of the rental vehicle to my ipass for the duration of my rental". I did so, and then weeks later began receiving emails about bills and additional fees ($25 each toll) for unpaid tolls despite having the vehicles license plate on my ipass. It takes a very manipulative and deceitful business to give verbal instructions to customers, that when followed, result in extra fees that will likely add hundreds of dollars to the final bill. I would not recommend this location because of these behaviors. I cant speak to if other Enterprise locations are the same.

Unsafe,dirty car was given to me in my time of need,while my car was being repaired. Spoke with Customer Service and sent email, no response from Area Manager as of today November 11, 2025. This happened November 3 2025. Unacceptable on all levels of management. That 20+year relationship me & my family had with Enterprise is over! No stars. No Thank you. I won't give this experience or company any more of my time to waste.
