  I've been coming to this place for quite some time now and have had no problems with any of the members there but there is a manager up there her name is Michelle she was one of the sweetest, genuine, caring, and overall comforting person I've met up there in a long time. I feel like she brings a good vibe to the shop that a lot of other shops lack. See when I come to CarX it's not like getting an oil change at your average jiffy lube, I'm getting an oil change with people who actually care about their guests who actually take the time to have a conversation and get to know a little about their clients. Everytime I find myself at CarX it feels a little more like I'm at home with how much the employees care and with how much effort they actually put into their work. I've been coming up here for almost 2 years now and will forever continue to do business with these people.

  Got my headlights and tires fixed here and the customer service was great! Louis was extremely kind and accommodating with the few issues that popped up and I definitely plan on coming back!

  Been coming to this location for a couple years for oil changes and tires , as I live in the area. Service was not bad for the most part. I have noticed that they always have different managers/supervisors. I’m so disappointed with their how the newest manager treated my teenage son. He went for an oil change yesterday as they also have walk ins not just appointment. Approximately 20 minutes later he calls me and says that they are taking to long and that the guy at the counter was still with another customer and didn’t even greet or ask him what he needed. I then called the place and the manager said he had been a bit busy /sorry and that they were not going to have time to do an oil change. Very unprofessional that my son waited all that time for nothing. He could have told him it was already late for services and made an appt for him not just have him sit there like an idiot. My son schedules for the next day at 4pm. He gets there about 4:15 and the same manager tells him he is late and they already took someone else can no longer serve him. For an oil change! They close at 5:30pm. Unbelievable. He pulled up down the street to the Jiffy lube on north Avenue no problem. Won’t ever be returning to this location.

  They were transparent about all repairs and how long it would take. Rob explained what was needed in a way that wasn’t condescending or trying to scare you into buying things, which was appreciated. Very friendly and speedy service.
