  Went and purchased wiper blades on my Jeep Wrangler. The lady that helped me was amazing. I mentioned is there anyone that could put them on and she said I can.. I apologize I forgot her name but if she reads this she'll know who she is. Thank you again for your kindness and paying it forward in this world.Thank You auto zone for having wonderful employees.By the way it was the one on North Ave in Villa Park.

  I want to give a huge thanks to Bob!! He went above and beyond to help us out! Gave us advice and recommendations to make the repairs on the vehicle. Made the process nice and simple! Would definitely be back! Thanks Bob!

  I would seriously trust this staff with my life. The customer service is UNMATCHED. I had just picked my car up from a nearby repair shop and noticed the gas was on E. I tried to make it to the closest gas station, which happened to be a Casey’s just down the street from this AutoZone, when my car ran out of gas in the middle of traffic in dangerously cold, below-zero temperatures. I kid you not, within a couple of minutes, a group of five employees from this store pulled up and offered to push my car to the gas station around the corner. On top of that, while they were out there pushing my car in the freezing cold, they gave me a ride to the gas station in one of their heated cars. It felt like an incredible stroke of luck, but I truly cannot overstate how helpful and caring this team is. They went so far above and beyond to help someone in a time of need. Amazing work, and they would not even let me tip them afterward. Altruism at its finest. It was very much appreciated!!
