- KKKrystal KlimekDec 31, 20251.0I came in at 6:30 on New Year's eve. They weren't supposed to close until 8 pm. They were already closing down registers, turning down lights. I had just left my mechanics house who sent me there for a light bulb for my headlight. My mechanic said they offer free headlight bulb replacement. I am currently battling breast cancer and have a large wound vac that I have to wear and carry around with me 24/7. The guy told me he couldn't help me, that it was too difficult to do in my vehicle. I called my mechanic and drove back to his house and he popped it in within 2 minutes without having to remove anything difficult. Horribly disappointed.

- MRMidwest Food ReviewsDec 9, 20255.0I had and witnessed the best costumer service I have ever seen in my entire life— I kid you not, the gentleman that helped me install my car battery today (25 degree cold weather) was beyond helpful, I don’t have his name but I will describe him so he gets the acknowledgment he deserves. The gentleman was a African American man with a nice leather coat, he went above and beyond for me, gave me so much advice and installed it flawlessly with a great and genuine attitude in this cold weather. (Tues Dec 9th 10:30am) Also, while I was waiting for something I even saw him acknowledge every single person who entered the store with a genuine and friendly attitude, and even so humbly held doors for people, with the best attitude I’ve ever seen. This guy is going places I am not kidding, I’ve been in corporate settings at times and I know this guy is unlike any other people, you know the ones that can have cold attitudes or just don’t care about others, this guy though — he was so respectful and knowledgeable and he really needs to be acknowledged for this compliment and for his outstanding help and just going above and beyond. This auto-zone is great, a location you should shop at and not worry about if they will help because trust me they will! If you ever read this Thank You.
