I came in for my appointment just for Mavis to replace 1 TPMs sensor (30 minute job). They finally took my vehicle to get worked on over an hour later after the scheduled appointment. Then it takes the technician almost 2 hours to replace the sensor and several times taking it on and off and popping the seal. The technician then had to get help many more times from other technicians to finish the job while all other employees are playing on their phones. I began watching the technician work on my car and seen him turn the car on and off several times, break the seal several times, and take a break lmao. Word of advice, if you want a simple 30 minute job done expect a wait time for 3-5 business days at minimum. Probably a full tire replace 7-10 business days. I should have went to a more reputable company and I’ll see how long their fix lasts🤦‍♂️

Amazing service!!! I brought my car in there with a flat tire and they plugged my tire. It had a nail in it. They didn’t charge me a penny and I was in and out of there in 20 min on a Monday morning after a snow storm. I wish I could remember the 2 guys that helped me. I just remember they had the same name. It’s so nice to see there’s still good people and businesses out there.

This has been my second visit for having a puncture fixed. It was a quick visit, booking an appointment was easy and quick & service was professional & associates were polite & crisp in their communication. Earlier I had visited for a brake related issue and they gave me a genuine assessment where there was no repairs needed & did not charge me anything for the detail checks that they did.
