Not enough people on staff, cleaning hot dog roller, changing shifts, just can't get to it right now and finally to many people in store. Every other store doesn't have this problem.

Do you know who doesn't need a remodel , you guessed it! Andrea. She not only made shopping a delight, but now, on Thanksgiving, I don't have to worry about turkey and stuffing, because I'm already FULL, of Pilot love, all thanks to this Angel of the Truck Stop. I felt welcome as soon as I entered, but also kinda sad when I left, because i know that I'll NEVER encounter a more enthusiastic, cheerful, and lovely Person/Pilot employee when compared to the original. The rest are all just copies. PILOT, give this lady a raise, please!. You do not know what you have. Andrea is most certainly,.......... A Rose, In A Field Of Daisies. 🌹
