I am a mother with bills to pay and children to take care of. Had to make 6 trips today clear across town and back due to poor communication. You should explain everything in detail when asked. I called ahead of time and asked about everything I needed to bring in order to get my car well before going there and went there this morning to have to make multiple trips back and forth and deal with someone who was unprofessional. Sure didn’t have to make a stressful situation more stressful than it already was. If I could give zero stars I would. $700 for this kind of service I am disgusted.
