    I have never been so frustrated in my life with dealership. This is my second time having my vehicle serviced and is DEFINITELY MY LAST TIME GOING TO THIS DEALERSHIP. On June 11, 2025 I had an oil change appointment at 9:00am in which I had my son drop off for me because I had to be at work that day. He left his information for them to call him when the car was ready for pick up and that never happened because of course they misplaed the paper. I had to text the number at 1:24pm to ask was the vehicle complete. At which MIKE J called me back TO SAY CAR READY. MY SON GETS VEHICLE START DRIVING THEN THE AWD DISABLED SERVICE SOON LIGHT WAS ON I TOLD MY SON TO TAKE VEHICLE BACK UP THERE. MY SON DROVE BACK UP THERE FOR MIKE J TO SAY TO MY THROUGH TEXT NOT TO COME BACK TODAY HIS PEOPLE IS READY TO LEAVE SEEING AS THE VEHICLE SAT UP THERE FROM 8:30AM TIL DAMM NEAR 2:30PM ALL FOR AN OIL CHANGE. MOVING ALONG WHEN I WAS TOLD THATS NOTHING MAJOR SO I CAN BRING THE VEHICLE IN ANYTIME IN WHICH IT SHOULD OF BEEN LOOKED AT THE SAME DAY NOT THE FOLLOWING WEEK OR NOT EVEN NOW. FAST FORWARD TIL TODAY I MISPLACED MY DUPLICATE RECEIPT WAS ASKING CAN I GET A PRINT OUT EMAILED TO ME MIKE J SAYS I'M CALLING AT THE WRONG TIME TODAY 7/1/2025 AT 3:55PM HE TOLD ME OVER THE PHONE WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE LIKE THAT HELPED BUT OH WELL, SEEING AS THOUGH THIS VOLVO DEALERSHIP DOESN'T TAKE OUTSIDE WARRANTIES I KNOW HE CAN CARELESS ABOUT MY OLD VEHICLE. I WAS ALSO ASKED ABOUT SERVICE GAVE A 0 ASKED MANAGER TO CONTACT ME NOTHING I FEEL LIKE BLACKS(MYSELF) AREN'T ALLOWED TO BE TREATED FAIRLY IN THAT PLACE AS IF WE CAN'T AFFORD THE VEHICLES NOR THE SERVICES SEEING AS YOU ALL CHARGED ME 1000.00 DOLLARS FOR JUST LABOR COME ON FOR REAL THAT WAS RIDICULOUS IN MY OPINION BUT THEY. DIDN'T SEE IT TIL I GOT THE RECEIPT. I HAVE SO MUCH TO SAY AND ONLY BEEN THERE TWICE BUT NEVER AGAIN WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE SERVICE RECEIVED!!!!!!!!

    I had an extremely troubling experience with this dealership that raises serious concerns about their business practices, transparency, and overall professionalism. Based on how my visit was handled, it’s hard not to feel that I was deliberately misled and charged for services that were neither clearly explained nor properly performed. I was charged $250 for a “diagnostic,” yet at no point was I given a clear explanation of what was actually diagnosed. Instead, I was informed that I would need to pay an additional ~$900 for them to “begin diagnosing the issue” and “start a case with Volvo,” allegedly because their lead technician couldn’t read the vehicle’s computer. This was after multiple vague, almost nonsensical explanations from the service advisor—one of which bizarrely included an analogy comparing the situation to “Batman and Robin,” saying “Batman isn’t working.” Throughout the visit, they repeatedly addressed me by the wrong name, adding to the impression of carelessness and disregard. What is especially concerning is the response I received when I questioned why I was being charged despite no actual diagnosis being delivered. The customer service representative stated, quite plainly, that I was being charged “just for the technician to open your door.” This is not only unacceptable, it borders on deceptive billing—charging a diagnostic fee without providing an actionable diagnosis or even a meaningful attempt at one. Before and during my visit, I repeatedly requested that they check the auxiliary battery based on the symptoms I was experiencing: intermittent starting, electrical malfunctions, key fob issues, and start/stop system errors—all of which are well-documented signs of a failing auxiliary battery. These concerns were ignored. Instead, I was told further payment was required for additional diagnostics, on top of the $250 already paid. Out of frustration, I took my vehicle to another shop the same day. They immediately identified the issue as a faulty auxiliary battery, replaced it for $350, and the car has functioned flawlessly since. This experience left me feeling taken advantage of, misled, and billed under false pretenses. I am documenting this not only as a review but as a formal record, should further action be necessary. I strongly urge others to approach this dealership with extreme caution.
