Took my vehicle in for service for an ABS light, check engine light, and issue with starting the vehicle through the Volvo app & had the displeasure of working with service manager, Frank. He was extremely rude and dismissive regarding my issues. My advisor was very pleasant and patient, but I was completely flabbergasted at Frank’s aggressive, rude tone and lack of desire to assist. Going forward I will be servicing my vehicle at Volvo in Lisle and cancelling the maintenance package I bought at this location.

Not only do they never answer the phones, but they will always take longer than expected to perform the job costing YOU more money. Also on this go around they actually thew away my bleeder caps causing me to spend MORE money on gas just to come by again to get stuff that should have just been returned on the vehicle. If you're able, go to the autobahn volvo instead. I actuality recommend them and their staff. I DO NOT recommend the Orland Park volvo. Also if you're looking at the rating... it is false, the dealership has been making fake Google accounts and leaving fake reviews to boost their rating. Honestly pathetic. Go to another and dodge this bullet!
