He was so kind and showed an incredible amount of integrity when selling me the part. I would recommend him above anyone else!! His knowledge of my automobile surpassed my expectations and he didn't upsell me or give me any advice that wasn't true. I will continue coming here as long as he is working due to his incredible knowledge, advice, and integrity when speaking to customers. I can't thank him enough for the service he gave me!!!

A complaint has been sent to his corporation. He did not know how to comply and did not know how to De-escalate his self I’ve had to go down there to speak with him after he hung up on the phone with me as he was telling me that this is not his parts store and I need to go shop from the parts store that my commercial account is with after explaining to him that I am in the location. He put me on hold and came back and told me let’s try it again and then again try to convince me to call the parts store that my account is associated with. I explained to him that that’s not the protocol with Advance auto parts that I could shop at any Advance auto parts that I desire and he tells me I do what I want and he hangs up on me so I went down there and confronted him if you guys would like to see the full 3 1/2 minute videojust go to YouTube and type in Advance auto parts it’s in the shorts
