The employees here manage to pay attention to the customers needs, while paying attention to the details of the car. They exude a genuine warmth every time I come here. It’s something that is missing at other places. This location is the only place in town that still changes light bulbs. And they caught one back lightbulb that was out. Saved me a lot of hassle. They never try to hard sell me. But give me options. They explain everything in a way I can understand and that is not condescending. I must give special mention to Brysen, who has helped me on many visits. He is so friendly and knowledgeable. I have social anxiety and small tasks like oil changes can be difficult at times. He listens to what I am saying and takes the time to explain everything. He’s also very efficient, but never makes me feel rushed. He always checks in to see if I have any questions or concerns. It’s always good to have a smile and a laugh while getting through my errands. A little kindness goes a long way. This place has it in spades. They do excellent work and have that neighborhood feel. That’s exactly how the employees treat me. Like a neighbor! Quite rare. Thank you!
