I was expecting a boring Ol run of the Mill service that I get from the usual establishments But I could not have been more wrong and more pleased not only was I greeted at my car by Miranda. Cesar held the door open for me and offered me coffee and water while I waited for my oil change. Wow, I really felt like an honored guessed to the establishment. I was greeted with warm welcomes and smiles. Cesar was extremely helpful knowledgeable and explained all of my services to me without being too pushy and making me feel bad for not getting what I could not afford.. I could tell this manager cares about his location, cares about his customers, and More importantly made me feel like he cared about me and the well-being of my vehicle it shows in The attitude of the team members Before I bounced around from lube shop to lube shop, but this Grease monkey in Sycamore has by far set the bar and standard way above My expectation that no other shop in this area can match. Do yourselves a favor and visit this Grease monkey shop they will get you in and out and explain everything thoroughly.. Thanks to Cesar and the team. This will now be my home for all future oil changes and preventative maintenance on my vehicle.
