  Disappointed – Repeated Negligence Nearly Caused Serious Damage I've been a customer at the Belle Tire Sycamore location for years, spending thousands of dollars on tires, alignments, and repairs across multiple vehicles. Unfortunately, my recent experiences with two vehicles have been hugely disappointing and downright dangerous due to what appears to be a complete failure to perform the basic safety inspections they advertise.First, with my 2009 Mazda: I purchased four new tires, but no safety inspection was done. The car continued to wear tires unevenly. After multiple visits and purchasing a total of six tires (plus alignments), they finally performed an inspection and discovered a bad control arm was the root cause – something that should have been caught much earlier.Then, with my 2009 Chevy Silverado: I brought it in for new tires, and when I picked it up, the tires were rubbing against the wheel wells – something that never happened before. Again, no apparent safety inspection. When I called and brought it back, they suggested modifying the wheel wells. I did that, but the issue persisted. After two more inspections with no resolution, I gave up.Weeks later, my son was driving the truck when it broke down on the side of the road due to a completely failed front wheel bearing. When towed to another shop, the mechanic said the bearing was dangerously worn out and was the real cause of the rubbing and front-end issues. He called the previous work incompetent and noted we were lucky no one was seriously hurt or that more damage didn't occur.Belle Tire advertises thorough safety inspections with tire purchases, but in my experience at this location, that simply didn't happen – multiple times. Instead of properly diagnosing and fixing problems, issues were pacified or misdiagnosed, leading to unnecessary expenses and real safety risks.I'm extremely disappointed and will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. I strongly advise others to think twice before trusting this location with tire installations or repairs. If i could give zero stars i would. I have been to several other belle tires and have not been disappointed. This location just isn't up to par.

  Stopped by with a leaking tire on my brand new car. I had filled the air in my tires a few days prior ( for free) at the back of their building. The repair took about an hour ( they were super busy) and told me the repair was free! Im going back tomorrow to get an oil change. Thank you to Sara for the taking care of me. Will continue to be a repeat client!!

  Was having an issue with my tire and stopped in to see if someone could take a look at it. The woman up front was unfortunately not very friendly or helpful, just said "well we're really busy right now" and did not offer any other solution or suggestion of scheduling an appointment for another time or if there was a better time to come back. Would barely speak a word to me. Not a great first impression, took my business elsewhere.

  Contacted Belle Tire when my tires developed an issue and was told that the road hazard would not cover it. Took my business to Mavis after their pricing was better, the issue i had was covered under their warranty and they got me in the same day (Belle couldn't get me scheduled for a full week.)

  Went in for a quick tire repair cause tire was losing air fast. Be a customer there before. Was told to drop the car off and it might be done the next day afternoon. What a disappointment when i was losing air faster then I would have made it home. Luckily MAVIS got it in less them 5 minutes. Thanks to them I can be a work tomorrow without any issues cause I was about to call off because I wouldn't have a way to get to work . Thanks Mavis....
