- RMRachelle MadisonApr 15, 20262.0As long as I’m getting service from that younger guy with dark hair I always get great service. There are 2 issues I’ve recently had and some advice I’d like to share when dealing with this branch. The young girl is questionable maybe new but she makes it hard to check in and out she treated me like I was a criminal asking questions and verifying questions I’ve never been asked before after I’ve pre done everything online and gave her my id and credit card ! For example, Last time she said I don’t think we accept this kind of card I never heard of this company ! I said check that paper that CLEARLY STATES APPROVED CREDIT CARDS !!! After reading the paper she verified with a co worker ?!! 2. I got call from damage people stating I hit something ( I never hit anything ) ok I’m glad I had their protection so no out of pocket cost. However, they checked my car out telling me I was good to go then get a call nearly a month later to say I did something let alone saying I admitted to something is crazy. I say this to say please make a video recording before and after you drop their car off ( in their parking lot). Do not go off word of mouth !!!

They understood we needed something on the cheaper end so that we could keep it longer since our insurance was covering the bill.
