One time I wanted a truck, they had absolutely no trucks and stuck me in a small SUV. I couldn’t even do what I needed to do that weekend with the SUV. This last time they had absolutely NO CARS. I will NEVER schedule at this location again. They’re a joke. I will only be rent from O’Fallon from now on. They were so nice over there and made sure they had cars on the lot waiting for their customers.
- AAAliOct 20, 20254.0The only reason I don’t give them 5 stars is because their Swansea IL location is TERRIBLE! The last 3 times I’ve scheduled a rental from them it’s been a problem. Once I ordered a truck a month in advance, I get there they have no trucks and barely any cars. They ended up giving me an SUV to move a king size mattress and furniture. This last time I ordered a car for a very important trip for a hospital out of town. I scheduled 2 months in advance, they had absolutely NO CARS! Luckily for me, the O’Fallon IL location was AMAZING! They got me a car the day I needed it, were super professional and nice, and I definitely will never rent from the Swansea location ever again. Thank you O’Fallon!!
