    Staff was friendly, helpful, and overall it was a quick in and out process. Even helped give me a ride home when I was unable to find another person to help upon rental return (there is a limit to how far they can do this just an FYI for any needing the help).

    If you need to rent a car, use any other rental place (Hertz, Avis, Thrifty, etc.) before you call Enteprise, especially Swansea’s branch. We will never rent from Enterprise again, and if any of my friends or family mention that they need a rental car, the first words out of my mouth will always be, “don’t rent with Enterprise.”
