Second they snapped 1 lug stud off my right rear. Doubt I will use Dobbs again if that’s how they do business. Update: The next day Tim from Dobbs called me and asked me to bring my truck back and he would take care of everything mentioned in my earlier review at no charge to me. He went above and beyond to make sure I was totally satisfied.

I left without getting the work accomplished and will take my business elsewhere. Poor schedule management at this location. I do not recommend.

Took 8 hours to do the brakes and rotors bc the parts delivery company didn't send the right items. They didn't even bother trying to fix the tire valves in between waiting for the parts to arrive. Waiting at the store for 8 hours for this, I should have just filed an application so I can learn to do it myself and avoid future days wasted
