Amazon 15 vs 26 them? So why any additional purchase? Or maybe they thought that stupid woman would pay that. No, these days every cent counts in this economy. And nobody is gonna work 2!hours just for blades!!! Where this economy greed is heading!

- GDGeorge DowlingOct 24, 20251.0I visited the store on Archer & Harlem in Summit, IL I was there @ 4::05 p.m. There was one person in front of me being taken care of, while watching another 2 employees father down doing something? I went down there and asked if someone could help me. The women's response was that it will be a minute. I waited another 5 minutes when another women came from in back. Maybe on lunch ? Said asked if I needed help and, helped answer my questions about the warranty on my battery that I purchased 2 years ago. She said my warranty expired in July. I asked if they would extend my warranty until July and she said NO they couldn't. When I did settle on a new battery for over 400 dollars, she said she had to look to see if they could install it for me. She looked and went back inside and came out 5 minutes later. Stating that they couldn't install the battery because they were doing inventory. I told the women that I guess I'll take my business to Battery Plus. It was a Un-real experience. Employees wanting to do the inventory with 4 people working and not wanting a 400 dollar sale. If I was the owner, 3 of the 4 would be "FIRED" Unbelievable POOR SERVICE. NEVER AGAIN will I shop for a battery @ AUTO ZONE.
