They allowed two employees with two days experience to close down the store, one guy could barely use the computer to look up parts. The guy I had to deal with couldn't figure out how to give me my refund for returning my starter even though he called his manager 4 times! He ended up putting it on a gift card some how, after I was there for an hour I decided to come back the next day so maybe a manager could give me my refund. Nope the idiot I talked with when I went back told me he couldn't refund my money off the gift card and offered me 10% off every time I go in!? What moron would take that deal!? So after telling him no to that offer he called one of his fellow idiots & was magically able to refund my money off the gift card. By far the worst customer service experience I've ever had & I'm not a very picky person or ever write reviews. I don't blame the new guy for not know his job fully I blame his genius manager who put those two new guys in that spot. In my mind that's a blatant zero f's given about your customers & there time putting two new guys there with no sort of manager. If I could give zero starts for this place I'd do it. If I need to go to a auto zone ever again I'll drive to elburn & I live in sugar grove. F this place & the people who work there.
