They told me to drive it to a mechanic and disconnect the battery once I’m there. They showed me when I was there exactly how to do that. I have ZERO experience with cars and they were so patient and kind teaching me. Then when I disconnected the battery at the mechanic’s the car still didn’t shut off! I called them back and they explained over the phone how disconnect a fuel fuse line. Again they were patient and detailed on how to do that. I can’t thank them enough for how they taught me what to do. They are so unbelievably helpful and kind. Definitely will be going back for all of my car questions!
