  They always have everything, and every time I go Mark makes sure I find everything easily and helps pick the best stuff!

  I had a great experience at AutoZone thanks to Mark E. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient while assisting me with my issue. He took the time to explain my options clearly and made sure I got exactly what I needed without feeling rushed.

  Mark Elkins at the streamwood store was very patient and friendly. Truly a person for a customer service and great knowledge. He went out of his way to go the extra mile and fix the problems that I had to deal with at the Carol Stream store. You cannot ask for a better employee then Mark with what he did to go out of his way and be so patient where too many times over and over again people just want to blow you off and do nothing because they're lazy. Oh and that includes Carol stream Police Department which can go eat another Dunkin' Donut as far as I'm concerned. They were so rude also that they asked me what do I want them to do over it to Carol stream store, fix my brakes? I told them to go eat a another donut. We need more people like Mark teaching these young people about respect and common courtesy and how to be patient and friendly. Mark is a keeper is an employee for AutoZone.

  Terrible service will never go back! I had spent lots of money here and have family that will no longer be doing that as well. Look up my history. Sad seem like cashier wanted to fight me

  Bad service, I am all for kids having a job but you should have at least 1 person that is knowledgeable and knows what their doing.
