Tried to charge my card without my consent, gave me the run around for corporate , told me the number he gave me was corporate but in fact he admitted it was customer support for other locations. Told me he was the manger but previously said he was reaching out to a manager to update my contract. 100% giving me the run around to resolve the situation and just poor customer service. It’s been since December 29th and I’m still waiting for his manager to reach out to me. Maybe someone from corporate can resolve it for me.I used stone park enterprise for convenience but nothing but a headache. He needs help and training for customer service. I hope he can escalate this now or continue to play games.
