  I had very good experience with MB of st Charles. They were very friendly, and professional from service advisor to customer service rep. My service advisor was Mr Dean Pontrelli who was very courteous and great person, he arranged promptly the loaner car, and follow up each step when my car was at there service department.

  I cannot say enough good things about this place. Jim Bloom is who I dealt with, and it was truly a great experience. He answered any and all questions in a timely manner, if he said he would do something, he did it when he said he would. Went wayyyy above and beyond helping me with the purchase. I live almost 3 hours south of this dealership which can make things tricky, but Jim was on top of it all. Highly recommend him if you’re going to be buying a new or used car

  A wholehearted thank you for a great experience. Extremely transparent, patient, and professional. We bought an older car, a Nissan Sentra but received customer service as if we Were buying off showroom floor. Thank you Marc Poncher. I have had a multitude of bad Car buying experiences. Mercedes-Benz of St. Charles restored my faith in fair car dealerships. We are truly happy with vehicle. Excellent condition. Excellent customer service.

  I went in to this place for the first time a couple days ago and I was immediately helped by Pete. He answered all of my questions and was so so kind to me. As a younger person looking for a place to go regularly, I will definitely not be going anywhere else but here and I hope to keep speaking with Pete he was so great! My car also works great and came out rapidly, alongside the excellent service!

From the beginning, Marc Poncher made the purchase process smooth, transparent, and enjoyable. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely focused on making sure I felt confident in my decision. Allan Noe, the Pre-Owned Manager, ensured everything on the sales side was handled correctly and with attention to detail. What really stood out, however, was the leadership. Emal Noor, General Manager, personally took the time to understand an unexpected service issue that came up shortly after purchase. He listened carefully, communicated clearly, and worked with me in good faith to reach a fair goodwill resolution. That level of involvement from a General Manager speaks volumes about the culture and standards at this dealership. On the service side, Kyle Robledo was excellent to work with. He made sure I was fully taken care of, including providing a loaner vehicle — a brand-new 2026 GLS 450 — which allowed me to go about my daily life without disruption while my vehicle was being addressed. The entire team worked together seamlessly across sales, service, and management, and I consistently felt respected as a customer and as someone who values the Mercedes-Benz brand. Experiences like this are why Mercedes owners stay loyal.
