  My experience at Mercedes of Saint Charles is the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. The entire staff was very attentive, and they were fully stocked with many choices. Mark was my salesman and he listened to everything that I was looking for and flawlessly delivered. I went back the next day to get a full demonstration on the mechanics of the car, (can’t remember his name) but he was very thorough and professional. I highly recommended this dealership if you are in the market for a Mercedes!

  We purchased a used vehicle from this dealership and had an excellent experience. The car we purchased had some issues that came up during the test drive (it was NOT a Mercedes) and we all assumed it was a harmless thing, but ultimately it required some new parts and time in the shop. I was so impressed with the whole team in getting everything resolved. Heather, the sales associate, and Allan the used vehicle manager, were very proactive in getting everything resolved, and while our honeymoon period with our new purchase was slightly delayed, we finally brought home an awesome new family car. This dealership stands by what they are selling, and resolved issues when they could’ve easily left us with a big repair bill within our first week of ownership. I’d come back here in a heartbeat and am grateful and impressed with their care and communication with us for what was an anxious situation. Big thank you to Heather and Allan- they went above and beyond and we are so happy with our new vehicle and the whole experience.

  Wow! Mark, in Mercedes Service, Thank You! Also your support crew, so helpful, kind and professional! I drove an extra 40 minutes for this service crew and it was worth it! I will most definitely be sure and schedule at this location for all my future needs! Again, thank you - amazing service!

  Bought a Pre-Owned E-Class back on 5/31/2025 (almost 5 months ago). I was a devoted Lexus Owner. I decided to make a change to a Mercedes. I did my diligence. Pulled the "trigger" on a 2016 E350 4Matic to make it a daily driver within my stable. To date; Not only is this car "tight," reliable and really fun to drive, the buying experience is the 2nd to none. A HUGE reason is Brad Broughton! Even though this price of this car is probably a 1/4 of the price of the typical cars they sell, he made me feel just as relevant as if I was purchasing a new Benz. He was VERY patient, communicative and efficient!... I'm definitely returning to Brad Broughton at Mercedes Benz of St. Charles when its time again to update my ride!
