Pulled the "trigger" on a 2016 E350 4Matic to make it a daily driver within my stable. To date; Not only is this car "tight," reliable and really fun to drive, the buying experience is the 2nd to none. A HUGE reason is Brad Broughton! Even though this price of this car is probably a 1/4 of the price of the typical cars they sell, he made me feel just as relevant as if I was purchasing a new Benz. He was VERY patient, communicative and efficient!... I'm definitely returning to Brad Broughton at Mercedes Benz of St. Charles when its time again to update my ride!

Quick, clean, easy and customer service from staff was top notch. Please allow me to elaborate on my experience. General Manager- Emal Noor- friendly, fair, but strong, When he refused to drop even one dollar, i know he was offering his rock bottom pricing. Emal- thanks for understanding my need to massage those numbers and thanks for being fair but firm. Much respect to you. Sales- Both Brad Broughton and Marc Poncher were so warm, friendly and accommodating. Product Concierge- this was probably our favorite experience. Taylor is so well versed and knowledgeable. He's like the ChatGPT of Benz. His nickname is "benz-GPT." Finance Manager- Gregg Gentile, but really should be Gregg "GENTLE," as he was so smooth and GENTLE with the final numbers and processing. Also- thanks for overriding the GM and throwing in all the available free services, warranties, coverage, the winter mats, the full pack of waters and the tumbler. Just kidding- the tumbler was a nice added touch for a misunderstanding. All in all and in all seriousness, This dealership is focused more on long-term customer satisfaction and relationship BUILDING than dirty sales tactics for quick margins. Their main directive is "make the customer happy and the products will sell themselves." Thank you all at St. Charles Benz. You've received my vote of confidence!
