  Went here last Monday for an estimate on my car's right headlight. I showed them exactly what needed to be fixed. They pointed out a dent on the right side of my car. I clearly told them that didn't matter, and that it wasn't part of what I wanted to be fixed. They then proceeded to give me a $1,300 estimate, which included the dent. I did not realize this, until I went to a local body shop. I showed them the estimate, and they told me that the dent was included in the estimate, and that's why it was so high. So, I would not recommend this place. The way they ignored what I had said about what I wanted fixed on my car was not Ok. And to include something I did not want done in the estimate, and not share that information with me, is a level of dishonesty that I can't tolerate.

  Tri city did excellent work repairing my car from an accident. My car looks brand new. Tri-city auto finished my car in a timely manner. Im very happy eith my cars and i just want to say thank you.

  We won’t take our cars anywhere else - we just got our vehicle back from being rear ended and “totaled”. Tri-City worked with us, held the vehicle for almost a month for us while insurance was straightened out and then made the repairs. You can’t even tell we were rear ended, the paint job is excellent, Dan was great explaining everything and the repairs actually were completed for less than the original estimate. Honest work is hard to come by and we can’t say enough about Tri-City - highly recommend!!
