  I’m over the moon about my purchase of a Mustang GT convertible at Hawk Ford in St Charles. I originally went in and spoke with Nick and just did a quick test drive, but it was cold and not the fun weather to be driving a Mustang GT. Nick made such an impression on me and he was so comfortable to talk to that I decided to go back and check the vehicle out one more time the following weekend. Nick and everyone there made the ease of purchasing this vehicle seamless. There were a lot of stickers on the windshield and I asked Nick if he could remove them so I can actually see out of the vehicle to be able to do the test drive. He was so kind and gracious and patience with me during the whole process. I can’t rave enough about Nick. He is the best salesman I have ever dealt with when purchasing a vehicle. Nick has also followed up with me to check in on the vehicle and see how everything was going which I really appreciate. The gentleman who also helped us with the numbers and the gentleman who helped us finalize the deal the finance manager, which I will call him Harley. We’re absolutely wonderful. We even received two awesome mugs with the best brownie cookies in there as a thank you which I thought was so cool. I love my new vehicle. I would take pictures of it and post them with this review however, she does not come out to play until it is warm outside. You can’t go wrong with anyone there, anyone I had a conversation with were just a joy to speak with. I felt like everything was upfront. All of my questions were always answered and time was given to make my decision. When I am in need of a vehicle I will definitely be going to Hawk Ford St Charles!!

  I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. First spoke w/ Chris on the phone who ran numbers for me & talked about my trade-in. Jeff assisted w/ the test drive & review of new car operation because I was new to an electric car. I pulled the trigger because the numbers were what we discussed on the phone, even $5 a month cheaper. No games. They were honest & very friendly. I am female who went with my daughter as my hubby was working. They were all very nice. Highly recommend. Thanks Hawk Ford!!!

  From the first phone to them, to checking out the Explorer, to completing the signatures, to the thank you gift we received in the mail, Hawk Ford of St. Charles was a fantastic experience with professionals in the building that didn’t play the sales games others play and got down to what was important to us and wanted to know us. Chris, Wild Bill and Bill in finance along with the entire front desk team were A++++. We’ll definitely be back to purchase our future vehicles with them. Thank you! We love our Explorer!!
