  Ever since the old management left- I won't go back. Poor business management now. Horrible customer service as well. Too many repairs that were supposedly done and sure enough they aren't and I gotta have my vehicle towed back in because they missed something.

  Bottom line: The most honest, fair, and reasonably priced auto repair center we have ever used. After a terrible experience trying to get service from the local VW dealer, we had Tuffy take a look at our well loved 2013 Passat. They were quick to diagnose the problem and honest about the cost to potentially repair it. Ultimately we decided against repairs due to the value of the vehicle. While we waited for a replacement title from the ever-inefficient State of Illinois, the folks at Tuffy were patient and kind beyond expectations. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for auto repairs.

  Oil change. Had me in and out in reasonable time. Rick advised I need new car battery and was shown the battery test results. Will have them install the new one. Our other vehicle began having issues starting and some features not working. Was the battery. Glad for heads up. Appreciate seeing Rick come out and explain to other customers what was repaired and showed defective parts. I appreciate the detailed quote Rachel provided me for future maintenance needed and the cost.
