  Dropped my Jeep off for repair on the paint. Upon pickup and inspection, I noticed a very small grey shade in the paint, my vehicle is Brilliant White. They checked it out, determined it was a flaw/error, corrected it without fuss, and delivered my vehicle to my house the next day to avoid me driving an hour again to pick it up. Very pleased with the experience overall.

  Absolutely terrible experience. The truck has spent a month now, going on more, in the shop because they kept ordering the wrong parts and continue to do so. I was supposed to have it over a week ago and just finally picked it up yesterday with the supposedly right wheel to put on it, just to get all the way out to Chatham to find out they ordered the wrong wheel when I went to get it balanced and rotated, which at this point I'm 98% sure they already knew was the case. This review is not getting changed until you guys right your wrongs, plain and simple, and it will be going across all platforms. Countless calls on my end have led to no seriousness from your establishment and no resolutions.

  I cannot sing their praises enough! The were pleasant to deal with at each step and level and did outstanding quality work! This was my first time ever needing any of My vehicles worked on for collision. I didn't really know what to expect but I can say that I was pleasantly surprised by the entire experience. My damage was through Allstate but Gerber was significantly better to work with in the process. While I don't wish that someone hits my car again, I do know that should the occasion happen for myself or someone I know, I will absolutely go back here and recommend them!
