  I appreciate their hard work, but they are just way to slow. I've had my reservation for a month. I shouldn't have to wait 45 minutes.

  I will always come to Enterprise for my rentals, the team on Dirksen Park way is always so helpful, even if under pressure they always great with smiles on their faces I would not rent anywhere else Tayla the manager is so helpful and sweet, Roman is also sweet at nature and Tri he is every helpful as well …. I appreciate you all

  I had a frustrating experience at this Enterprise location. My card was run twice back-to-back and declined before I could respond to my bank’s verification. I immediately called my bank, cleared the charge, and confirmed funds were available. When I returned and asked them to run it again, I was refused without any attempt or escalation. As soon as my card declined the person helping me demeanor and attitude towards me changed. I'm black and he is white. I understand policies around declined cards, but once the issue was resolved, a simple retry or supervisor involvement could have fixed everything. Instead, I was unable to complete my rental and had to deal with unnecessary inconvenience. Hoping management reviews this and improves how situations like this are handled, because this was definitely not a customer-friendly experience.
