They disconnected my battery and then were unable to properly reconnect it when my car wouldn’t start. Instead of resolving the issue, they threatened to call the police on me. To make matters worse, I was charged $75 for a tow. even though my vehicle is a 2024 model and should not have had these issues in the first place. The customer service was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. Very disappointing experience. I will not be returning.
