- ABAaron BatisteOct 31, 20251.0Worse experience I've had. I made the HUGE mistake by allowing them to up-sale me on changing my Rear Differential fluid. A very long story, many calls, and ruthless experience later, they did not put the correct amount of fluid back in my truck. After making a trip and returning my entire dif was smoking and damaged. After looking at the Differential, there was less than 2 quarts of fluid that was broken down and burnt. The viscosity of fluid was broken all the way down due to being so low and completely damaged my Differential. They unprofessionaly denied any responsibility after continously putting me off until I drove to the shop. From there I was told that the area manager denied the claim. Spoke to the area manager and based on the conversation, he had been told a different story and said the location managers were supposed to have contacted me a week prior. This is thousands of dollars of damage to a prior perfectly fine running Differential now needing replacement. I was treated as though I was lying and making up something, when the truth of the matter is, they did not perform the task correctly and refused to own any portion of the damage. They said because I had someone look at it to see what was wrong after filing a claim that was considered working on it (the only thing that was done was pulling the cover off to see what was going on) even though no "work" was done that voids their responsibility. Manager stated that is in the fine print of the emailed receipt they send... seems like they would make it known to not even look at anything before they perform the service. Just overall horrible experience.

After the first time and I observed how Clinton ran this shop, I have other employees from my company come here as well. As for someone who doesn’t trust other hand wrenching on my vehicles I would recommend Clinton and his crew for anybody needing a speedy and quality service done.
