She was racially profiled and told people like her can’t afford the premium oil. No sir, people like her white mother do not spend high dollar amounts for a car that is at a point where basic maintained of oil and gas are enough. This car is on its last vroom-vroom, so her mother is content with basic oil as well as basic gas. The attendant was condescending and rude to say the least and never again will we use any services from this company ever again. No I will not refer this company either. I believe we will maintain services at Knox Knolls auto care as those attending workers have always been kind, considerate, and they go above and beyond friendly service so much they become “the long term family mechanics.”
