I explained that my wife had her oil changed here on the 8th, but her car started leaking oil. When she brought it back last week, they said it was “just an overfill.” The leak continued, so I came back to have them check their mistake. By 12:15, they asked me to move to Bay 3, saying it would be quicker. Five minutes later, I was told to move to a parking spot so the oil delivery truck could get through—“only 15 minutes,” they said. While waiting, I watched several other cars pull into Bays 2 and 3. At 12:45, I was finally told to move back to Bay 3… behind three more cars. At this point, I’d been there for 45 minutes. When I asked why I’d been pushed back so many times, Mike told me it was “first come, first serve.” That would make sense—if I hadn’t already been waiting since the beginning while others were let ahead. When I pointed this out, he walked away saying, “Unbelievable.” You’re right, Mike—it is unbelievable. The lack of accountability and customer service here is unacceptable. This entire situation was caused by their own overfill mistake, and all I needed was a simple five-minute check. Until the management changes, I won’t be returning and won’t recommend this location to anyone.

They explain every step what they are doing and show you recommendations for your mileage level but never hard sell you to do it that day. The ease of pulling into the bays and having conversations from the car while they are doing your oil change is great. I highly recommend them unless you like sitting in a waiting room for an hour at other places!!!
