However, the customer service from the 800 number needs some serious work! I never could get a straight forward answer and depending on who I spoke to depended on if they seemed like they knew what they were doing. The constantly rescheduled my appt without even calling me or providing a reason. I would just get a text message notifying me. After getting rescheduled for the 4th time and going around and around for a mobile appt, I was beyond frustrated! Jonathon at the 800 number seemed to have the most empathy and better customer service but overall I would say if I can avoid working with the call center at the 800 number. Oh and let’s not forget that all my communication said my quoted price was $521, then when it came closer to my appt suddenly that quote changed to about $936!! That’s absurd! The original quote should have outlined everything! There should not be hidden fees that pop up later. I definitely will. Ky, Scott and I believe it’s Chad, all are ones I worked with at the Springfield office and they were great and prompt at trying to help me and get me taken care of. Phenomenal team work at the Springfield office.
