Lack of communication, inconsistencies, and mediocre service at its best. They also charged my card without my authorization. Never asked how I was paying but rather assumed that the card I left "because the said they needed on on file," was the one to be used to pay my deductible. Save your "sorry" template response and work on improving customer service, errors, and logistics so customers don't show up and there is no windshield because "someone" messed up. Own it and make it right!
