  Elliott, the branch manager Took great care of me!. He answered all of my questions and was able to accommodate me. I will continue to use this national as as well as recommended to my peers.

  Need to give them at least a days notice when booking. I had to visit Springfield due to a relative being admitted to the ICU. When I needed to return home, I got online and booked a car. With my reservation confirmed I was dropped off at the Airport. When I approached the counter the clerk was friendly bit she could not find my name on her printout. I explained I booked online. She said that it was unfortunate as she was already short cars and would not be able to help me. She then proceeded to lecture me on planning ahead like all of the folks on her printout. I asked why I could still book additional cars online, she let me know the website is never right and it always shows extra cars as corporate doent want them to limit availability. After getting nowhere with her or with the corporate phone number I returned to the Hospital to spend limited time with my relative. Disappointed

  Does this location not have someone to answer the phone. Had a reservation on( March 15) tried to call numerous times to say I’d be a little late (reservation was for noon) showed up at 12:30 to have the girl at the counter Louisa tell me she didn’t have my car What’s the point of making a reservation if your not gonna have a car
