They say they are dedicated to customer service but it doesn’t show even to an Executive Elite member. Latest update: I’ll bump my review up a few stars. Customer service has been improving over the last 3-4 months. Additionally, they now know me by name (unsure if this is good or bad) and have my paperwork ready and waiting for me. Thank you for the improvements.
