Unfortunately, the services that were recommended ar the time the video was made were not completed because no one bothered to call me to ask me if I wanted the services completed. I drove an hour and a half one way to have the vehicle serviced. It would’ve been nice to at least have the option to have the cabin and air filter swapped out while the vehicle was receiving what I thought was a 70,000 mile service not just an oil change.

It was purchased and serviced there originally but that dealership was later sold and the new owners did not renew with Volvo. They recommended Isringhausen. So when it came time for the yearly service I contacted them. Andrew greeted me as I pulled up and listened to my concerns and needs. Waiting room is nice, they kept me apprised of my status and sent me a video of my inspection. Very pleased and will return. Will also consider getting a Volvo for myself from them.
